| In order to be able to bid in the auctions. you have to first
deposit money as per the following guidelines. Acceptable plans
for payment are T.T. Bank Transfer or Western Union. |

| 1) We only accept payment in Japanese yen (JPY). |

| 2) Please contact us if you are unable to pay in Japanese
yen. We may be able to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

| 3) Before your bid is successful, your deposit is still refundable.
However, a bank charge for the refund will be deducted when
we refund your deposit. And if we have already bid on your vehicle
but were not successful, the bidding charge for the auction
will be deducted from your deposit when we refund your deposit. |

| 4) You need to pay your final amount within 4 days, starting
from and including the day of the auction, after your bid was
successful. If the final amount has not been paid within 4 days,
your deposit will not be refunded even though your bid has been
successful. |
